Pepperoni cups


Pepperoni baked in the oven becomes very crispy!! And as a result it stays in shape we create. So I bake them in muffin forms and get a nice small cups that can be filled with any salad I like. I filled those ones with mozzarella, olives, tomatoes and lettuce.


Ingredients

pepperoni slices - the bigger the better

salad

olives

mozarella

cherry tomatoes


Methode




  1. Place pepperoni slices in muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes in 180oC.

  2. Slice the salad ingredients into small pieces.

  3. Put the salad into baked and cooled down pepperoni cups. Ready!
